ALBERTSON'S CARDS

Do you shop at Albertsons's? Did you know that with an Albertson's Community Partner's card, a portion of each of your purchases will go to your school in cash? An Albertson's Community Partner's card is not a credit card (no forms to fill out). It is a fundraising program for schools. Do you have to pay extra for it? No . . . just shop at Albertson's as you normally do, only before you pay for your purchase, show your Albertson's Community Partner's card and the store will scan it. albertson's Community Partner's card may also be used for pharmacy purchases and can be used when purchasing gas at Albertson's as well.

So how much goes to the school? The percentage is based on the total amount of purchases by ALL cards used by a school in a given quarter (i.e., August, September October). The more you spend and use the card, the higher percentage of your purchases goes to the school at the end of the quarter.

0 - $29,999 = 2%

$30,000 - 439,999 = 3%

$40,000 0 449,999 = 4%

$50,000 - $59,999 = 5%

So, for example, if everyone used their cards for a particular school in a nine-week quarter and spent a total of $40,000, then $1,600 would go to the school for that quarter. Each school should have a contact person for sign-up. Questions can be asked by calling Albertson's at 746-8850 or 746-1653.
