Applebee's would like to help your organization by "Dining to Donate."

 

How it Works: Applebee's will support your organization by hosting a "Dining to Donate" event. You can consult with your neighborhood Applebee's General Manager, Patrick Lowen, to designate a specific date and time to hold the event (any time between Sunday and Wednesday). We will create the flyer for you to copy and distribute. Program participants simply dine at Applebee's at the designated time and then turn in their flyer upon presentation of the check. When your participants present the flyer to their server, 10% of their bill will be donated to your organization.

All You Need To Do Is:

  1. Set up a date and time with our General Manager, Patrick Lowen, or our Marketing Coordinator, Jackie Boeckman, at least two weeks before your donation night. You can choose any day or time from Sunday through Wednesday. We will then refer you to the regional marketing manager, who will create the flyer and send it to you.
  2. When you have received the "Dining to Donate: flyer, hand out as many copies to your organization's members, friends, family, neighbors, teachers, etc., and ask them to dine at Applebee's during the designated time and date.
  3. Provide the contact name, organization name, and address of where you would like the donations sent. Please allow two to three weeks for processing.

Call us, your neighborhood Applebee's, and ask to speak to Patrick or Jackie to set up your "Dining to Donate" date and time! Call 744-1364.

A check for the total donation will be sent to your organization. Total donations for the designated time/day must be over $10 for redemption. If donation does not total over $10, please contact Applebee's General Manager to make alternate arrangements. Flyers can be distributed on Applebee's premises, including the parking lot. Diner must present flyer to server. No other form of donation identification will be accepted.
